sensors for agricultural uapplications

Geoprospectors develops and assembles robust and motorized measuring systems for the detailed investigation and evaluation of various soil structures. The Geoprospectors systems are developed and optimized specifically for the agricultural application. They are non- invasive, easy to install and do smoothly integrate with all farming operations. Data management is simple and data interpretation highly automated.

With the TSM, Geoprospectors has developed a sensor system that is mounted on the tractor or on a different cross-country vehicle for recording information about the rooting soil layer at each process step. These soil parameters, such as compaction, water saturation and soil type, are analyzed automatically and made available to the TSM user in the form of soil maps or, alternatively, directly transferred to the tillage or seeding machine. The simple measuring procedure also enables continuous and long-term observation of the soils and thus the positive effect of the soil processing.

The Topsoil Mapper (TSM) is the worlds’s first soil sensor for autonomous analysis of extensive soil parameters and for variable machine control in real time.

Topsoil Mapper

What we offer

The Topsoil Mapper is a sensor capable of measuring soil EC data contact free at nearly any weather condition. Applications are soil structure maps, realtive water content and compactation. Geoprospectors offers software and applications completing the sensor, such as real-time implement commands.

What we are looking for

Topsoil Mapper clients typically are concerned with:

- soil structure and/or soil type anlayzis,
- soil compactation problems
- water management and/or humidity issues

Geoprospectors is principally interested in meeting end users such as farmers or agricultural service providers.
